Fine check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was briliant. Standard queen room was welcoming and had climate control, iron and ironing board, and armchairs. Good sleep in a very comfy bed. Extraordinary service within 20 km of the airport. Having different cool drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch. We liked this hotel and will be back when in Birmingham.
